We are excited to announce that our team has moved to a new location in Guanlan, Longhua in the same city Shenzhen on March 28. Though our old office served us well with our great memories, yet we couldn’t be more excited about our new space.
The new place is located in a high-tech park which is home for manufacturing. Above is picture that shows entrance of the park. We’re excited about the great surroundings. While we were happy with our space, there were several motivating factors to make a move:
1- SPACE
Our initial thinking that sales in last office closer to downtown would be a great presence for visiting customers, yet with more staff joining in, the space was getting tight. And sadly, sales and manufacturing are separated which sometimes was not as efficient or effective in following-up. The new office offered more square footage, but more importantly it allowed us to rethink our layout. We were able to start from scratch by knocking down walls and putting up others that better fit our team and how we’re growing. Overall, we now have more of an open plan so we’re all working closer together rather than a more compartmentalized layout at our last place.
2- DIVERSITY
In our last office, we were only for export. Yet in this new place, we already started online sales for our local users. So, right now we have 2 teams for different markets, export team for sales to Outside China and E-commerce team for local customers.
3- LOCATION
The new location is built at the foot of a hill and beside a creek, which provides a fantastic view out of our windows. What we like most is that this tech park is well organized and properly maintained. The location lets our team take advantage of all the offerings of Longhua area.
It has been an exciting five years for Zistek, and we look at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history. Whenever you are in Shenzhen, you are most welcome to visit us.
